Anita is very passionate about her job assisting c
lients SELLING or BUYING a home either on a Standard Sale or through a probate transaction. Her previous experience on a sales force in the wireless industry has made her very knowledgeable of customer service and utilizing the most innovative marketing techniques. Her and her team of knowledgeable professionals assist in giving exceptional real estate service to her clients. Anita has worked as a full time Realtor since 2001, helping many families through the years make transitions, both exciting ones and ones a little more difficult, including divorce and the loss of a loved one. She is recognized and described as trustworthy, professional, and relatable. In 2006, Anita felt prompted to take her hobby of fine arts serving in a community theatre and she began training as a professional commercial and film actress as a secondary income and for expanding community outreach. Since that time, Anita has been seen in over 100 Commercials, including a Midwest regional one with Chef Curtis Stone for Hy-Vee. Anita has also trained young actors while serving and working on over 60 independent film projects in various capacities like a Director, Producer, Casting, and Wardrobe Director. She uses her Real Estate resources to help create films exposing social issues like homelessness, human trafficking, abuse, and addiction. Not only has she created a successful real estate path, but she has also had success in her film endeavors. She has not only the won Best Actress award at ICFF in 2016 for her lead role 'House Mother’, but she has 19 other nominations and awards, including winning Best Director for her documentary ‘I Will Rise’ on trafficking (www.iwillriseproject.com) and even started a nonprofit called I Will Rise. Anita has lived in the Kansas City area for over 30 years and believes there's 'no place like home'. Anita is very passionate about making buyers and sellers feel comfortable and relaxed while giving them the best experience possible.
