A little reminder for buyers: the purchase price is only one piece of the deal.

For these buyers, we got their home sale contingency accepted, negotiated the price down AND got repairs completed after inspections.

They stayed in the school district they wanted and landed a beautifully remodeled home from top to bottom that they can actually grow in.

For their sale we were able to generate multiple offers and get a clean, over asking contract that was easy breezy for them. I even got them 2 "free" days at the old house to get moved out because, well... have you ever tried moving with kids and dogs?! 😅
