I have been in Real Estate for over 30 years. KAY OWENS is the most loving Realtor that I have ever met. She is outgoing and knows her clients and she has never met a stranger. In her spare time she volunteers at a local Hospital holding babies in the NICU and is involved in many other charities in the area. All of her clients love her for her creative thinking and the willingness to help them with multiple things, whether it is picking them up at the airport or face timing them if they are an out of town buyer. She is also an outstanding negotiator, often winning in multiple offers situations. Staging her clients’ homes to get top dollar for their property is also a skill set that she is great at. Although she is an amazing Realtor, she is also a compassionate and dedicated person who is not concerned about selling/buying homes. She is only concerned with her clients’ needs, so sometimes that means it is best that the client does not buy or sell. Kay is very honest and caring and is in the business to be of service to her clients and her community.
