Are buyers finally getting a little more leverage in Johnson County? 👀🏡

The latest numbers tell an interesting story:

📊 Sellers are still receiving an average of 100.4% of their original list price
📉 But pending sales are down 11.3% compared to this time last year

So what does that mean?

It’s NOT suddenly a buyer’s market. But buyers may have more room to negotiate…on the right house.
