Due to Covid-19 exposure concerns we have made the decision to operate our office Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. We will not be letting people inside, instead dealing through the drop slot and by phone. Work orders will be taken, but only dealt with at this time for emergency only situations or if the issue disrupts your daily living. We are doing this as a safety precaution for the well being of our tenants, staff, and community. Contact numbers are below and please continue to watch our page for updates.

Just a reminder to our tenants please do not flush wipes, paper towels, napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. Even though they say flushable alot of them can not go down sewer systems.
