Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward in the face of tragedy.

We remember the families whose lives were forever changed, the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the strength and unity shown in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their memory. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🏠 Park-owned homes and tenant-owned homes can create two very different operating models. With park-owned homes, ownership comes with responsibility for 🔧 repairs, maintenance, and turnover.

With tenant-owned homes, the resident owns and maintains the home while the park owns the land and infrastructure and collects lot rent. 📈
It’s a simple distinction, but an important one when evaluating a mobile home park investment.

This week, our team was on the ground in Greenville, North Carolina 📍 walking a mobile home park, inspecting infrastructure 🔍, meeting with contractors 🤝, and taking a closer look at the property before moving forward.

The goal is simple: understand exactly what we’re buying, identify potential issues early, and make sure our assumptions match what’s actually happening on the ground. 🏡

There’s no substitute for seeing a property firsthand. 👀

This week we spent time in Heber Springs, Arkansas, walking a community, touring homes, meeting with contractors, and seeing improvement projects firsthand.

It's one thing to talk about mobile home park investing—it's another to see the day-to-day work that goes into creating communities people are proud to call home.

Every visit brings new ideas and reinforces how much value comes from paying attention to the details.

Looking forward to putting what we learned into action.

🌳 Safety starts long before there's a problem.

Removing hazardous trees is one of the many ways we address deferred maintenance and invest back into the communities we own.

It's not always the most visible improvement, but it helps create a safer place for residents and protects the long-term health of the property.

📍A few days on the road this week in Florence, SC and Wilson, NC.

We toured new homes, reviewed recent park improvements, and discussed what's next—from upgraded roads and new signage to mailboxes and additional home improvements. 🏡

Every visit is a reminder that building great communities is about the details. It's rewarding to see projects taking shape and exciting to think about what's still to come. 🚜✨
