Life is full of changing chapters, and it is a true privilege to guide families through them. I still vividly remember meeting these young, first-time homebuyers years ago, watching them carry their adorable newborn in her car seat to what felt like a million showings. They placed their complete trust in me, and we made an incredible team, even fighting hard to challenge an appraisal together and winning. When we finally found this home, it was the absolute perfect fit for their life at that time. Today, that newborn is six years old, and as life inevitably evolves, it is time for this wonderful family to step into their next chapters. This home beautifully served its purpose for a very special season. While this chapter closes, I am deeply grateful to continue working alongside them to find their next perfect places to call home.

Congratulations to Vicky on her new home, and thank you for trusting me to help with your move!

Vicky was referred to me by former customers. Kendra works with Vicky’s son and daughter-in-law, and I’m always so grateful when past customers feel confident recommending me to someone they know.

Vicky was living in South Florida and wanted to move closer to her son and daughter-in-law as they all look forward to some exciting plans for the future. This turned out to be one of the smoothest home-buying experiences I’ve had! They came up for the weekend, walked into the very first house, and all three of them immediately fell in love with it. We submitted an offer, it was accepted, the inspection went well, and everything moved along beautifully from there.

Her new home is an adorable downtown Sanford property with brand-new updates throughout, and it feels like the perfect place for this next chapter.
