👏 We’re kicking off Orlando Real Producers’ 35 Under 35 Class of 2026 with Abdias Alexandre of Centric Realty Services, LLC.
With 10 years in real estate, Abdias closed $12M in sales in 2025. His path into the industry began in banking, where he saw firsthand how homeownership could change a family’s financial future. That experience shaped the purpose behind his career and eventually led him to launch Centric Realty Services in 2019.
Starting a brokerage at 26 came with plenty of challenges, especially during the pandemic. Abdias chose to focus on what he could build rather than simply survive, growing Centric into a brokerage with more than 130 agents and over $300M in sales volume.
For Abdias, real estate has always been about people. From handing clients the keys to mentoring agents, he measures success by the impact he makes in his community.
