Barrett Spray Team We have been serving the Central Florida community for 33 years. Barrett has been a local Central Florida Real Estate Agent for over 30 years.

The Barrett Spray Team consistently sells 100 units per year. They are in the top 2% of agents both locally and nationally based on production. Barrett moved here from Indiana to attend college. He was a UPS driver locally for almost 12 years.

🚆 BIG NEWS FOR BREVARD COUNTY

The planned Brightline station in Cocoa is now fully funded with $57.5 million in federal funding.

The project is expected to create about 3,500 jobs and bring new economic activity to the area.

For Central Florida, this is another major infrastructure project worth watching as the region continues to grow.

When Aaron and Barrett went to a warehouse listing appointment in Longwood, they met a real-life inventor who builds some pretty unique things for kids.

Among his creations are a human-sized hamster wheel that makes snow cones for the little kids or margaritas for the big kids, and a drawing contraption that creates artwork and might even tell your future. 🔮
