It's a great time to buy and there's tons of room for negotiation!!

Seller concessions are a common part of real estate negotiations, especially in buyer-friendly markets. Whether they’re accepted depends on the market conditions, the terms of the offer, and the buyer’s loan program.

So happy I could host and that Oviedo Little league now has an AED at the fields! Grateful to the BOD to keep Safety their number one priority! 🧡🖤

Our Board of Directors is committed to more than just baseball and softball—we’re committed to the safety of every player, family, volunteer, and guest who walks through our fields.

Tonight, our board members completed CPR/AED certification training to ensure we’re better prepared to respond in the event of an emergency. We hope these skills are never needed, but we’re proud to take this important step in creating a safer environment for our league.

A huge thank you to American Heart Association and everyone who participated and invested their time in helping keep our Oviedo Little League community safe. ❤️⚾🥎

We would all love to see lower rates, but things have improved. I had buyers closing in the 8's just two years ago. If you're ready, it's still a good time to buy and you have lots of room to negotiate a great deal!
