Having been a lifelong resident of Central Florida, I am somewhat of an anomaly. Growing up βbefore Disneyβ, Central Florida was a quiet town that had a lot of citrus and tech companies that serviced the military at the Navy base and McCoy Air Force Base, MCO. This is where Orlando International gets its call letters from. In 1971 our world changed with the opening of Walt Disney World and the Orl
ando area became the tourist destination it is today. After school I was fortunate to win an audition as a musician at Disney. During my time at Disney, I was one of the few people originally from Florida. Most of my peers were from New York, Las Vegas or Los Angeles. As it would come up in conversation over the years, people would be purchasing homes, buying cars, kids would be entering school, ect. I ended up being the source of local information and even found it fun accompanying families on their home shopping excursions. During this time I also was involved as a fine arts consultant at various high schools throughout the area as a percussion arranger and instructor. I worked to instill an attention to detail in students that transfers through many facets of their lives and my business to this day. Towards the end of my career at Disney, it just made sense to transition my focus into Real Estate to continue to pass along my local knowledge and unequaled customer service learned from Disney to the people of my community. After some initial success, my first instinct was to figure a way to give back to my community. In 2006 I founded Infinity, a World Class pageantry arts non-profit organization serving the youth and educators of Florida which I serve as its Executive Director. This organization is now known for it's excellence across the globe. Practicing Real estate for over 21 years has brought me through some of the most challenging times in the industry. I have used these times not only as an educational tool of perseverance for myself, but also how to share these experiences with my clients to better serve them.
