🐊 Yes, there could be a gator in almost any body of water… and we still boat, paddle, and jet ski anyway.

🌪️ Being inland matters — we’re more insulated from hurricanes than coastal cities.

🏖️ You can be at multiple beaches in about 45 minutes east when you want a beach day.

🚗 Traffic is better than people expect — finishing the I-4 project made a massive difference.

👨‍👩‍👧 The suburbs feel truly family-centered, not just convenient. So many neighborhoods with monthly events!

🌅 Life slows down in the evenings in the best way.

❤️ Most people say the same thing after moving here: “We didn’t expect to love it this much.”

Living close to Disney World is pretty magical ✨ but honestly, the local spots are where the real memories are made.

This weekend we spent the day at Southern Hill Farms 🌻🍓 You can pick your own sunflowers, and since it’s strawberry season, we brought home buckets of hand-picked strawberries too.

Such a great spot for kids — for $26, they can ride all the rides and get a free sunflower 🌻🙌

They also have live music on the weekends, the BEST strawberry donuts 🤤, and during the winter months you can cozy up by the fire pits with s’mores kits 🔥🍫 — total vibe.
