Freshman year at ucf comes with a lot of trial and error, but there are a few things upperclassmen almost always wish they knew sooner 👇
📍 find your classes before the first day. ucf is a huge campus, and trying to locate a classroom 10 minutes before class starts is not the adventure you want.
📚 register for classes as early as possible. the best schedules fill up fast, and nobody wants to spend weeks hoping to get off a waitlist.
🍽️ be realistic about your meal plan. if you don't cook often (or at all), a meal plan can save you a lot of time, stress, and last-minute food runs.
🚶 get comfortable exploring campus. finding your favorite study spots, shortcuts, and places to eat makes a huge difference once the semester gets busy.
