We are moving them in!!! If you have not heard from us, I promise you will!! About 1/4 of the community moved in today, we will be occupied by month end!!

We have exciting news here at Township 21! We have our Inspection for Certificate of Occupancy tomorrow 7/27/2023. We are working hard to be ready for the inspection and will be reaching out to all applicants on Friday 7/28/2023 with updates of approvals, and lease signing / move in dates depending on where you are in the process.
During these next few days please allow us the time to complete all of the necessary steps we need to take to have everyone approved and ready to go for next week.
The phones have been super hectic during these last few days understandably as we know you are all so very excited for your new home, however if you could allow us to complete the necessary steps over the next few days uninterrupted we would appreciate it tremendously! Reducing the call volume will allow us to be more productive in the office to prepare for the opening. We will be able to answer your questions when we contact you on Friday should you have any.
With that being said we are still working applications on many so please keep your phones near by this week. If we happen to call needing additional information, the sooner you can return it to us the easier the process will go for you.

We will be moving all of our amazing residents in July, 2023!!!

Hello Valhalla Friends,

It is with great sadness that we will not be able to start move-in's this month. We have been notified the second set of electrical components won't ship until June. However, we cannot guarantee the part will ship in June and we may be subject to further delays.

At this time, we do not have a set move-in date or time frame as to when we will be able to begin moving everyone in.

We understand that some of you may not be able to continue waiting to move in and need to look for another housing solution. We will be issuing refunds to anyone unable to continue waiting.

If you do continue to wait there will be a $50.00 monthly rent increase, for all residents.

We will continue to assist with storage through April 2023.

We are deeply sorry for the delays and look forward to opening Township 21 in the near future!

We are devastated however the electrical componate did not ship today as scheduled and the new ship date is targeted as 4/3. If that happens we will be doing move ins April 21st or after. We will be sending everyone an update letter with the options for those who can not wait. We are so very sorry, we know how hard this is & will be reaching out to everyone.

Just an update- the part ordered electrical part is supposed to ship today. We will know tomorrow if it did... Stay tuned!!!

We have just received notice that there has been a delay and all move in's are being pushed until after January 2nd. We have been assured that all move in's can and will be completed by January 31st. We do hope that you are able to remain in your current housing until move in and we will be diligently working to schedule move in's as quickly as possible. If you would like to preschedule your move in, please email us at [email protected] or [email protected]. At this point, if you have an approved application, we are confident in you providing notice to your current landlord for move out by 01/15/2023. We are happy to assist with any questions you may have. Phone calls are very difficult due to the number of calls received. Limited availability remaining and they won't last!
