Can we talk about one of the most overlooked home-selling mistakes?

🚮 Stinky trash cans.

You can have a spotless house, fresh flowers on the counter, and the perfect candle burning… but if a buyer walks past a smelly trash can on the way in, it’s an immediate turnoff.

I personally have our trash cans professionally cleaned every quarter, and it’s one of my favorite home maintenance services. When I’m helping clients prepare to sell, I always recommend getting the trash cans cleaned before going on the market.
