These are some of our recent inspections, some older inspections, inspections people don't know they need until we show them.

One issue here is that the contractor could not get it done through State Farm. In fact, they canceled his policy and told him to replace the roof himself, and then they would take him back as a customer, I had this bought in 2 weeks. the,n they said they would not do plywood over the spaced decking, I had that done in a day.

The roof is on and done, and State Farm covered it all when we were done and then State Farm called him and wanted him to come back as a customer. Other ones were jobs that took some finesse, but they are done, and happy homeowners now.

I bet a few owners may say something if they see their home.

We do Steep and High, this is a 2-story 12/12 pitch in NE Minneapolis, and we cover all areas, and we do it all.

Full inspection on the ground and then the roof, do you have interior damage we cover that as well.

We appreciate the calls that are coming in for help, service, or just wondering how we can assist them.

We explain the process of what we do, how we do it, and the fees involved when there is a fee, and how it is applied to our service.

So we are out in the field on claim damage assessment, performing investigations, photographing, and then when we identify damage, we let you know the next options.

When we are done investigating, we then start estimating the damage and prepare the estimate, photo report, and get your claim ready to send it to the carrier, and try to make the whole process of a claim go smoother.

It has been a busy weekend, Baseball, then to new customer inspections, to concession stand work for the kids baseball team, then to another baseball game, then to the office, and that was all on Saturday.

Sunday, to the office and paperwork, get spreadsheets ready for Monday appraisal and Tuesday Meetings with homeowners, and also Monday, meet the adjusters on site for inspections.

Yes, the doors to this office opened a year ago, the doors to who we are opened over 36 years ago as a Licensed General Contractor in multiple states, Licensed Roofer in multiple states, Insurance Adjuster on Catastrophe Team with Allstate for 8 years, Insurance Adjuster on Catastrophe Team with Farmers 2 for years.

Lots of rain, and if you notice leaks in your home, stains on the ceiling, windows leaking from the top, and water pooling on the sill.

Have you had hail, and contractors are knocking and ringing the bell, tired of the story, we were in the area and we are working and inspecting down the street, do you want someone to come see if you truly have damage?
