I’ve been digging into some recent market trends and thought this was interesting 👇
Owens Cross Roads continues to hold a higher median price point compared to Huntsville and the overall MLS area, but what stands out to me is the consistency. Even with normal market ups and downs, values here have stayed pretty strong.
It’s one of the reasons so many buyers are drawn to the area. Plenty of space, scenery, and a little breathing room while still being close to everything.
