Many people have asked what happened to Century 21 Prestige and how Solutions Real Estate Group came to be.
The decision was made by the ownership group in Chattanooga, TN, to close the Owensboro Century 21 Prestige office. That decision was outside the control of the local agents and staff who had faithfully served our community for many years.
When the closure was announced, our team was faced with an important question: What comes next?
Rather than simply moving our business elsewhere, our Broker, Scott Calhoun, chose to re-establish Solutions Real Estate Group; a locally owned brokerage built right here in Owensboro, for Owensboro. More importantly, our agents wanted to continue serving together. The relationships we had built over the years are important to us, and we believe this was something special and worth preserving.
That spirit of teamwork, support, and collaboration remains at the heart of who we are today.
We are grateful for the relationships, experience, and opportunities that came through our years at Century 21 Prestige. Those experiences helped shape who we are and provided valuable lessons that continue to influence the culture we are building.
Today, our focus is on the future: serving our clients with excellence, supporting our agents, investing in our community, and building a brokerage that reflects the values we believe in.
