🏡 Let’s clear up a few homebuying myths!

1️⃣ You should find the house you love first.
Getting pre-approved first can help you understand your budget and puts you in a better position when you’re ready to make an offer.

2️⃣ You have to put 20% down.
Not necessarily! There are several loan programs that allow for much lower down payments—and some may even offer 0% down for qualified buyers.

3️⃣ You don’t really need a home inspection.
An inspection can uncover issues you may not see during a showing and help you make a more informed decision before moving forward.

Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, and you don’t have to know all the answers before you start. If homeownership is on your mind, I’m always happy to talk through the process with you. 🏡
