Not all closing days are happy days, unfortunately this is the reality of what I do. It's always an honor to share a client's excitement as they sell or purchase a home, but it's an even bigger honor when they call me in a dark hour and need my help and trust me to get them through it.
Today was one of those. My heart broke for these special friends/clients but I'm so thankful to have been able to make it happen as smoothly as possible, to lessen the burden of this portion.

Please help congratulate Owensboro's newest 1st time home owner Alex Baird!
When a dear friend Kimberly McCaney Millay called and asked me to help her sweet son buy his 1st home, I was honored because I know she knows plenty of Realtors in town! I promised her I'd help him as if he was my own son.
