Meet Jarryd Lancaster! 🏡

With a decade of experience as a loan officer, Jarryd knows what it takes to get a deal from the numbers on paper to the closing table. During his lending career, he earned his company’s President’s Club distinction and was recognized in the Scotsman Guide.

More than three years ago, Jarryd made the move into real estate so he could be more involved in the part of the process that matters most to him: the people.
His goal is simple: make the process straightforward, informed, and as stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Jarryd enjoys spending time with his wife, Alexandria, their daughter, Sydney, and their two dogs, Cash and Lilo. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him golfing, traveling, or tackling a project around the house.

And speaking of traveling, Jarryd and Alexandria have made it their goal to visit all 48 contiguous states with 19 still left to go! 🚗

Valerie Simmons has been helping clients navigate the real estate market since 2018. Born and raised in Owensboro, she has a deep appreciation for the community she calls home and a passion for helping others find a place of their own.

For Valerie, real estate is about more than buying and selling property. As a wife of a police officer and as a mom, she understands that a home is more than an asset, it’s a place of safety, comfort, and where lasting memories are made.

Valerie has been married to her husband, Alex, since 2018, and together they have a 5-year-old daughter, Vera. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
