I'm gonna explain something I didn't totally understand before I became a realtor. (Maybe I should start a series answering common questions, let me know if you would want to see that.)
A lot of people don't realize this:
When you see a house for sale online or on Facebook, you don't have to contact the listing agent to see it.
You have the right to choose the realtor who represents you...someone who is in your corner, protecting your best interests, helping you negotiate, answering your questions honestly, and guiding you through the process from start to finish.
So if you’re scrolling Zillow, Facebook, Realtor.com, or driving by a “For Sale” sign and something catches your eye, send it to me! I can:
• Schedule the showing
• Get you all the details on the home
• Help you compare options
• Answer your questions
• Help you avoid red flags
• Negotiate on your behalf if you decide to move forward
And here’s something else many buyers don’t know…Not every opportunity is advertised online. The exact home you're looking for might be one I already know about, but just can't post about online (off-market listings are where the seller doesn't allow the home to be posted publicly).
