Let’s talk about what’s actually happening in Baltimore real estate right now - because the headlines aren’t telling the full story.

📍 Inventory is still low, but it’s building. More choices are coming for buyers - but that also means more competition for sellers who want top dollar before that shift fully hits.

📍 Rates have leveled off, which means buyers who paused are getting back in. Multiple offer situations are back in certain price points and neighborhoods.

📍 The window to sell at peak positioning is narrower than it was 18 months ago. Strategy matters more now than it did in 2021 when everything sold itself.

Bottom line: this is not a sit-and-wait market for anyone. It’s a get-informed-and-move market.

We are so incredibly proud of Yamna for organizing her very own women’s event and donation drive - “Support Her.”

This past weekend, our office filled with amazing women coming together to support women in need. We collected feminine hygiene essentials and everyday products that help women feel confident, comfortable, and cared for - enough to help 20 women!

To everyone who joined us and everyone who donated: thank you. Your generosity provides dignity and essential care for women in our community. This is what showing up for each other looks like. 💛
