A couple friends and I decided to do 10 minutes (or more) of core strength exercise everyday…for a year… one is Chris Jasinski, it was his brain child, but he is not on the social medias, so just gets a quick shout here. We are on day 26 ✅. Benny from the Bronx and JD from the mean streets of Bernardsville are on the original thread. It has been very motivating for me, so sharing here, feel free to join and post your streak here if you would like. And really 10 minutes of any exercise will do!
