It's a slower time in the Real Estate business, so, let's go ahead and check out some more bad listing photos! Not all of the homes in these photos are gems, true, but there are some basic things you should do as the listing agent to help make sure the house is presented as best as it can be! Clean the rooms (even if that means moving all the junk to one side to take a pic, then to the other to take another!), turn on lights, open curtains, cut shrubs and bushes, etc. Take a little time to prep and your pictures will benefit.

Needless to say, I wouldn't allow any of my listings to be published with these types of photos, and you shouldn't permit it if you are planning to sell either. Give me a call when its time to make your move!

"I'm waiting for home prices to come down"... Well, I have some bad news, home prices started going up in December of 2009 and haven't stopped since.
