A fixer upper is GREAT for investing and staying in your price range. There are many benefits, such as, remodeling as you go which can increase the market value when you sell or you can even turn it into an investment property! 🏡
On the other hand:
Newly built homes are perfect for those people who know exactly what they want & how they want it! Of course, changes can be made, but for the most part - it’s the one you love.
