Despite the troubles that our nation is facing, home sales continues to grow! I've been particularly busy this year with home inspections on the rise due to new Government Programs that are made available to the first time buyers. It seems that anyone who was thinking about selling their home has put it on the market!
With that said, as a cautionary note, this is all the more reason for a perspective buyer to have a Home Inspection Company in mind to protect their interests!
It's Buyer Beware time! I have inspected homes this year that amazes me that Real Estate Companies are willing to put them on the market in their condition! The average home that begins to be decent starts at around $200,000. today...
With that said, I'm urging potential buyers to shy away from homes that are for sale by owner, for sale by a property management company, and for sale as is. There is usually a good reason for a Real Estate Company to be left out of the loop, or a Seller to market it "As Is"!
Of course I would prefer a buyer to call Colony Home Inspections LLC to inspect their home before they buy, but I can't express enough that a buyer should call a Certified, Licensed and Insured Inspection Company of their choice before they move on to closing!
Colony Home Inspections LLC has been in business since 2006 and offers the most comprehensive home inspection that is practical for their Clients. The finished report is delivered to the Client within 24 hours of the onsite inspection, and it is often delivered on the same day!
So, if you are thinking of buying a home in Southwestern Ohio, Give Colony Home Inspections LLC a call at (513) 255-6142 night or day.
TIP FOR THE DAY:
It is the time for you to check your outside Air Conditioning Unit for dirty coils and vegetation growing close to the unit. A dirty coil and crowding vegetation over works the condensing unit and costs more energy to cool your home!
