We all come by a surplus of cash $$$ at one point or another: Tax refunds, bonuses at work, profitable garage sales, or monetary gifts to name a few!

Applying these surpluses of cash to your mortgage loan can significantly help you pay off of your loan early! Another great tip to pay off your mortgage loan earlier would be if you got a promotion.

Here’s the way to look at it: You are already accustomed to living off of what you were making previously, so take the increased income and apply it to your mortgage loan to get ahead.

So… to recap:

🔸Apply surplus of cash whether that be bonuses at work, profitable garage sales, monetary gifts towards additional principal payments
🔸Take the increased income, say from work promotion, and apply it to your mortgage loan to get ahead!
