Are you looking to sell your home during this winter season? Selling a home during this time can be challenging, but here are a few tips to help the process!

#1 Staging: The winter is cold and dark. Give the inside of your home a warm, cozy feeling with good lighting to counter the winter feeling.

#2 Cleaning: Keeping the inside of your house clean is always important, but make sure you are cleaning the leaves from the yard as well.

#3 Curb Appeal: Curb appeal is important during any season but can be more difficult with grass browning and leaves falling. After picking up leaves, try adding fresh mulch, edging the yard, adding evergreen shrubs and removing seasonal items like outdoor furniture or planters.

#4 Keeping up with seasonal maintenance: Before putting your house for sale, make sure your HVAC is sufficiently working and has been serviced, and any plumbing issues have been resolved.
