Hello everyone! It's Neil Manson. I'm just going to propose that we make trick or treating in our neighborhood be whenever the city of Oxford makes it. I think there's a real chance they switch it to Friday because there is a home football game Saturday. It is unclear yet whether kickoff will be at 11 or at 2:30. If it's at 2:30 I expect they will want to change when trick-or-treating happens.
But I could be wrong in my reasoning and if we want to just commit to Saturday trick-or-treating regardless, we can do that too!
