Hello everyone! Neil Manson here. A resident just pointed out that he and three other neighbors right around him had the pressure reducing valve fail on the the water unit outside. This is the unit that's in your front yard, right by the sidewalk. If that valve fails, the water pressure on your pipes goes to the maximum. Mine also failed this year, resulting in my hot water heater constantly having its pressure release valve activating.
Since all the houses were built at the same time, lots of things fail in the neighborhood at the same time (a few years ago it was garage door openers).
