The Quality Service Award is an integral part of the Century 21 commitment to excellence and recognizes an office's dedication to service based on customer feedback received from the Quality Service Survey. The survey results are compiled from emailed comments or a postcard that is returned by a customer after the purchase or sale through a C-21 office. To earn a Quality Service Award, an office must receive surveys for at least 25 percent of the consumers.
