She listened to our concerns and she was patient with us. She was willing to go anywhere with us and she worked with our schedule. She also was very responsive, she always communicated with us at anytime we reached out to her. She went above her job to help us navigate between agents and to get our questions or concerns taken care of. She also communicated with the paralegal on our behalf.
I would recommend her, you will be satisfied because she is polite and able to handle rough personality such as my fiance's. She is friendly and definitely communicated well. You will not regret using her. Our next purchase will be done through her again. Alison, went as far as handling our issue with the solar company. We were having issues and she was definitely our alliance. She helped us and we are truly happy with our purchase. Thank you Alison.
