The real estate market remains substantially under-supplied in our current market update. In the significant market, where transactions are highest ($200K to $400K), we went from .61 months' supply to .56. Just one price point, $340K-$360K, is over 1 month of supply (1.03 months). Overall, there are 36 fewer homes available as of April 1st than March 1st, 2021. That is a 7.4% decrease in inventory!
