REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Fiorelli Realty | Oxford, Connecticut
Fiorelli Realty is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing luxury real estate brokerage in Oxford, CT. This is not a basic administrative position. We are looking for a true operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, anticipates problems before they happen, and helps create a polished, elevated experience for both clients and agents. Our brokerage is built around professionalism, strong branding, white-glove service, and operational excellence. The right candidate will play a major role in helping scale the company while ensuring systems, communication, and ex*****on remain exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative systems
- Maintain organization of digital files, CRM systems, and brokerage records
- Onboard agents and maintaining office systems
- Review marketing materials and social media posts for accuracy and brand consistency
- Improve and implement operational workflows and SOPs
- Manage and oversee virtual assistant task delegation and accountability
- Serve as office point of contact for agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and vendors
- Actively recruits agents into the brokerage
- Oversee Administrative support responsible for:
โข Transaction coordination
โข MLS accuracy and compliance
โข Coordinate listings, paperwork, timelines, and deadlines
โข Manage brokerage inboxes and internal communication systems
โข Create marketing materials and social media posts for accuracy and brand consistency
โข Coordinate vendors including photographers, sign installers, cleaners, and contractors
โข CRM systems, and brokerage records
โข Lead Routing
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut Real Estate License preferred, or previously held license with relevant client representation experience (expired OK)
- Working knowledge of real estate operations, transaction coordination, and office management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can multitask and prioritize with minimal oversight
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Experience with SmartMLS, ShowingTime, Canva, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and transaction management platforms
