Ole Miss rallies late and walks off Arizona State, 5-4, to clinch the Lincoln Regional and punch its ticket to the Super Regionals.

The Rebels now await the winner of the Auburn Regional, where they’ll face either Auburn or Milwaukee with a trip to Omaha on the line. 👀

Celebrating 3 Years of EPS!

I moved to North Mississippi in the early 1990s and settled in Oxford while attending college nearly three decades ago. Shortly after graduating from Ole Miss, I began buying and selling properties in the Oxford area. What started as a personal passion for real estate eventually grew into a career dedicated to helping others navigate one of the most important investments of their lives.

More than 11 years ago, I earned my real estate salesperson license and made the decision to pursue a career in real estate full-time. Five years ago, I obtained my broker’s license. At the time, I had no plans to open my own brokerage. My goal was simply to continue learning, growing, and serving my clients to the very best of my ability as an associate broker.

Then, two years later, the path became clear. It wasn’t something I spent years contemplating. God placed the opportunity before me, and I knew it was time to take the next step. Everything came together quickly, and on June 1, 2023, Element Properties South officially began. Soon after, EPS welcomed Nicole!

Oxford has been home for so much of my life’s journey. My children were born and raised here. My son now attends Ole Miss. And three years ago, my business was born here as well.

Today, our mission remains clear. We strive to provide a personalized, relationship-driven approach to real estate, guided by faith, integrity, and service. We are proud to be a locally owned, family-operated independent brokerage serving North Mississippi.

As we celebrate three years in business, I am incredibly grateful for the clients, friends, family members, and community who have trusted us along the way.
