💡 ¿Qué es un Préstamo por Depleción de Activos y para quién es?

Si tienes dinero en el banco, inversiones o activos… pero no tienes ingresos tradicionales para calificar, este programa puede ser la solución.

🏡 Un Préstamo por Depleción de Activos te permite calificar usando tus activos en lugar de ingresos mensuales.

đź“Š En pocas palabras:
El banco toma tus activos (cuentas bancarias, inversiones, etc.) y los convierte en un “ingreso mensual calculado” para poder aprobar tu préstamo.

âś… Lo que NO viste en el visual (pero es clave):

👉 Generalmente necesitas activos significativos (ej. $200K+ dependiendo del préstamo)
👉 Se usa una fórmula para dividir tus activos en un periodo (ej. 60–360 meses)
👉 Puedes usar cuentas personales, de inversión o retiro (con condiciones)
👉 Ideal para personas retiradas, inversionistas o con ingresos no tradicionales

If you have money in the bank, investments, or strong assets… but don’t show traditional income, this program could be a game changer.

🏡 An Asset Depletion Loan allows you to qualify using your assets instead of monthly income.

đź“Š In simple terms:
The lender takes your assets (bank accounts, investments, etc.) and converts them into a calculated monthly income to qualify you.
