Welcome HOME! 🏡🔑 Congratulations to the Ybarras on the successful concurrent sale of their condo and purchase of this beautiful new home with the backyard they dreamed of for their kids! 🤍✨

Congratulations to my clients we just secured this 5-bedroom home, beating out 8 offers without the sellers issuing a multiple counter! 😮‍💨

From the moment we arrived at the open house and saw how busy it was, we knew it would end up in multiples this way. But the preparation started before we ever walked through the door. I had already called the listing agent to understand the seller’s situation, drafted the offer days in advance, checked whether the property was in a high fire zone, requested an insurance quote, and connected with the buyers’ lender so we could position our offer with quick, clean, and flexible terms!

When the listing agent called to share the good news late last night after he had just presented all of the offers to his clients, he told me he was impressed by the preparation, communication, and readiness I brought to the table. Congratulations to my sellers, John & Evelyn! 🎉🏡

I had the honor of selling them this condo back in 2019, and today we officially sold it for $600,000!🤩

They lived in it for a few years before work took them to Arizona, so they kept it as a rental. Every year, they would check in with me to review market conditions and decide if the timing felt right to sell , and this year, it finally did! 🏡🔑

With tenants in place, proper notice timelines, and a VA buyer requiring termite clearance, I knew we needed to choose the offer that allowed us the right amount of time to navigate everything carefully.
