We’re excited to officially welcome Glen Baerenz to the Stark Realty, Inc. family!

Glen isn’t new to real estate. As a longtime local property owner, investor, and property manager, he brings hands on experience with renovations, design, flips, and the realities of owning and managing property.

He’s also served as an HOA President and board member, giving him another unique perspective when it comes to homes, neighborhoods, and community.

And when he’s not talking real estate, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find him on a soccer field or talking about the game. ⚽️

Glen brings practical experience, local knowledge, and a community minded approach to the Stark team, and we’re so excited to have him with us!

Ma’am, we work in REAL ESTATE. Thick skin is not optional. 😅 We’ve been ghosted, low-balled, questioned, blamed, negotiated with, and told “my cousin knows a guy” all before lunch. 😂

But the truth is, we know how much of our heart, time, energy, and expertise goes into every single transaction. So when things get tough, we don’t take it personally, we keep showing up, advocating, negotiating, and doing everything we can for our clients.
