For just ONE call a day, you can remind a Realtor that despite what the media says, real estate is STILL HAPPENING!

Buyers are buying,

offers are getting accepted,

and sellers are getting homes sold with the right strategy and marketing.

The market isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is our approach.

We’re out here making moves, creating opportunities, and helping our clients get to the finish line.

So whether you’re buying, selling, or have a property sitting empty that could be earning income as a vacation rental, we’re always here for you! 🌴🤍

🎃🍿 IT’S GETTING SPOOKY IN THE STRAND!!👻🎬

When our friends at The Strandwich came to us with the idea of hosting Sunday Movie Nights in the Strand we said HECK YEAH!! LET’S DO THIS!

And we’re kicking it off with a Halloween favorite… HALLOWEENTOWN! 🎃✨

Picture it… sunset in the Strand, golf carts pulled up, beach chairs out, cozy blankets, popcorn, friends, family and a Halloween movie on the big screen. Does it get any more Strand than that?!

🍿 Concessions + grab your spot starting at 6:00 PM
🎬 Halloweentown starts at 7:30 PM

And this part makes it even better! 🧡 The Strandwich will be selling concessions and donating 20% of concession sales to Hollywood Beach School PTO! So come hungry, grab some goodies and help support our neighborhood school while you’re at it.

Bring the kids. Bring the neighbors. Bring your friends. Load up the golf cart, grab your chairs and blankets and come make a night of it!

The Strandwich had the idea, Stark Realty said LET’S GO, and now we just need YOU!👻🍿🎃

See you Sunday, Strand! 🧡
