What is the BRRRR Strategy? 🏡💰

BRRRR stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. It’s one of the most powerful strategies real estate investors use to build long term wealth and grow a portfolio with less money tied up in each property.

✅ Buy a property below market value.
✅ Rehab it to increase its value and appeal.
✅ Rent it to create monthly cash flow.
✅ Refinance based on the new appraised value, allowing you to recover much or all of your original investment.
✅ Repeat the process to continue building wealth.
