Being from out of State, we were searching for a local agent we could trust to help us find our future home. Her knowledge of the Branson and surrounding rural region is extremely valuable. I had some buyers from Texas and he had grown up in log cabin in Alaska. They had their hearts set on a cabin type property around Table Rock with a little bit of land. After two days of driving curvy roads looking at homes, they were slightly disappointed in what they found under 500k. In the meantime I had an off market pocket listing with a friend of ours in Ozark, but thought these folks really wanted the lake. After a couple more weeks the buyers called me back and said they wanted to look in Ozark. I said bingo! I got the place for you! A cabin with some land and a seller that keeps his place perfect.
