TWO Jay, Florida closings today! I represented both buyer & seller on these transactions and I couldn’t be happier with how they both turned out.

✨5135 Market Rd. with my Levin Rinke colleague Allison Brandt! A major fixer upper with SO much potential. Allison was contacted about selling this property and reached out to me to co-list with her since she knew Jay was my hometown and I likely had connections + was more familiar with the market. My Dad installed my listing sign and not even 30 minutes later I had a phone call with a buyer! We left it on the market for 7 days and had multiple offers, but ultimately went with the first one and we can’t wait to see the buyers bring this old and abandoned property back to life 🤩 I’m blessed to have the best agents in this industry with me at Levin Rinke Realty & had so much fun partnering with Allison on this one.

After a lot of hurdles over the past year, we were finally able to close on 2642 Grandaddy Ln. this week with a $515,000 cash offer.

There is so much that could be said about this journey, and honestly most agents would have probably thrown in the towel on this one. Every trial in this industry is a lesson learned and at the end of it all, I’m a better realtor for it.

I want to say the biggest thank you to Brandee Cassell with Keller Williams for bringing us a buyer and navigating through the trenches with me like a true team player to get the job done for both parties involved.

Ashlee & Christina with Omega National Title deserve a huge shoutout as well for spending countless hours on this transaction. I know we all grew tired of hearing the word “tomorrow” and the phrase “I’ve never seen this before” 🫠🤪

3364 N. Simmons Rd. is officially sold after just 17 days on market and at 99% of list price! 🔥

I’m proud of the new comp we set on N. Simmons Rd. and honored that a family who is like my own trusted me to get the job done as they move onto their next chapter.

This was one of three listings I currently have where I am representing both the buyer and the seller, and honestly— it’s nice! Amy called me one day and said “Hey! We’re in town from Oklahoma and we’d like to see this home, but.. we don’t have a realtor”. I told Amy I’d meet her there the next day and it just so happened to be a high of 28 degrees that day. I said “Hey, welcome to Florida! 🤣”.

Amy and her husband immediately loved the home, the big barn, the 1.5 acres, and of course— the rural feel of Jay. It probably helped that I talked about our little town like it was something from a story book, because to me, it is. We got them under contract and they started packing up their Oklahoma home. I’m so excited for the Austin’s to become the newest residents of Jay, Florida and to have gained new friends in the process.

Last week this sweet family that I am blessed to call my friends & my clients got the keys to their semi-custom home on 2 acres in the Sage community of Chumuckla!

Ever since we got the lot locked down, they’ve been working diligently with the team at FlynnBuilt to customize The Seraphine floor plan, pick out coordinating finishes, and make sure this beauty was everything they wanted in a H O M E 🤎

It was so fun to accompany them to the design studio, do their walk throughs, and see this dream come to life for the sweetest family. Plus, I landed a free Starbucks every time we had to meet because well, Chris & Maddy are just the best and so thoughtful!

I’m pretty excited to see a college friendship come full circle here and to be right around the corner from my friends! PERSEVERANCE is the word of the day! This beautiful home that has just about everything you could want— a huge open floor plan, a nice pool, an amazing barn, and a great neighborhood— has been on the market for over a year now. We have had showing after showing. All of our feedback was great! Everyone loved this home. But there was always something a little more enticing nearby. That seems to be a theme in the Stafford Farms neighborhood because I had other agents with listings right next to me calling me and asking what we could all collectively do to get these houses moving. We were all at a dead end.

It’s hard to get me defeated, but the past couple of months, I started to wonder if we’d ever sell this house. Some of the other Stafford Farms listings sold before mine. Some agents took the homes off the market. My job is to make my sellers life easier and make them proud. This listing wasn’t doing either. BUT— This week I had TWO competing offers come in. Two REALLY GOOD competing offers. I am so relieved to say that Grandaddy Ln. is finally under contract with an ALL CASH offer and close in less than 30 days 🙌🏼🎉

This one really took my commendable ‘days on market’ stat down 😂 and as much as I’d like to say it was my marketing efforts that got us here today, I can’t. I have literally sent texts to these sellers and just asked them to pray about it. I have prayed over this home. All I can chalk this offer up to, is GOD.

He made us wait and for this offer, it was worth it. Congratulations to my sellers!! Let’s start packing 😎
