TWO Jay, Florida closings today! I represented both buyer & seller on these transactions and I couldn’t be happier with how they both turned out.
✨5135 Market Rd. with my Levin Rinke colleague Allison Brandt! A major fixer upper with SO much potential. Allison was contacted about selling this property and reached out to me to co-list with her since she knew Jay was my hometown and I likely had connections + was more familiar with the market. My Dad installed my listing sign and not even 30 minutes later I had a phone call with a buyer! We left it on the market for 7 days and had multiple offers, but ultimately went with the first one and we can’t wait to see the buyers bring this old and abandoned property back to life 🤩 I’m blessed to have the best agents in this industry with me at Levin Rinke Realty & had so much fun partnering with Allison on this one.

I didn’t even have to put this one on the market because I knew the perfect buyers… my parents! They just purchased 5 acres on this same road a few months ago and with a goal of having our whole family in close proximity, this was another perfect opportunity.
