This one earned every bit of this photo.

Early on, we found out a small strip of land that was part of 3.5 acres the buyers thought they were purchasing had actually been deeded to someone else more than 30 years ago. Nobody caught it. Not once in three decades.

So title went to work. They tracked down the owner of that strip and convinced them to sell. Then we discovered both parties had been paying taxes on the same piece of land for years. A fresh survey and a corrected legal description later, a 30-year-old mistake is officially fixed.

Was it a doozy? Absolutely. Did we quit? Never.

This is what we mean when we say we've got your back. The easy deals are nice. The hard ones are where you find out who's really in your corner. Thank you Amber from Omega Title for doing the heavy lifting through all this. And a big thank you to Mike Brustad from GRA. Not all heroes wear capes.

Let’s talk about why nobody leaves this house without saying “wow”.

At closing, she said to me “We know we weren’t your only clients, but you always made us feel like we were the only ones”.

Selling the 10 acre equestrian estate they custom built and raised their family in was such an honor. We all felt like family by the time this was all said and done.
