Mom had a water leak in one of her bathroom vanities and I had to replace it with a new one. Remodeled the entire bathroom. Even home inspectors have problems with their property. This was found when I was doing a home inspection for her. It was completely out of sight, their was so much stuff under the sinks that it couldn't be seen easily. The damage went all the way through the wall into the pantry on the other side. Sheetrock and trim was replaced in the pantry as well.

I trust my builder and I don't need all those inspections. My builder will make sure everything is done properly. Builders hire subcontractors and not all subcontractors do good work. In this case the ground wasn't stable enough to support the load and is compacting causing the main support footings to fail.

Did you know that the Powderpost Beetle does more damage than a termite. Here are some signs to look out for. These little guys can't be killed with the same stuff as termites.
