Last week we held our first First Time Home Buyer Seminar for 2023 at our office in La Jolla!

We had an amazing turnout and everyone left with an abundance of information. 🙌

We went over the current state of the market, the initial steps to buying a home, what loan products are out there( with our in-house lender), and answered the most common questions buyers have.

It was a big day for loans yesterday.... as the conforming loan limits were increased by about 12% to a maximum amount of $726,200 for 2023.

Why is this important?

This means that buyers will have more flexibility (and possibly lower rates) when financing a higher-priced home. 🙌
