Being able to help my sister and her boyfriend buy a surreal townhome in pacific beach was truly an incredible experience!

Our youngest clients yet & just recently moved to SD and purchased an adorable 2bed condo in clairemont for 700k🏡

It was an absolute pleasure helping them find a great condo & achieve a major life accomplishment in becoming young home owners :)

We are thrilled for our clients as they have purchase a beautiful estate for their first family🏡

It was extra special helping them through the process as they gave birth to their 1st child and precious baby girl while we were in escrow!! 🙏🏼

Despite interest rates climbing we helped negotiate them a 3% credit from the sellers which enabled them to significantly buy down their mortgage rate saving them big time on there monthly payment. 🤑

I’m super grateful to have had the opportunity to make a big difference on there home buying process 🙏🏼 there 5 bedroom house is nearly 4,000sqft and resides beautifully on there 3/4 acre lot!!!
