Little Dipper is a private, upstairs one bedroom, one bath carriage house with a full kitchen perfect for a couple or a small/close family/friends of 4 utilizing the sofa bed.
The private bedroom comes with a queen drawer bed, with a comfy premium mattress, side table with charging station, a cozy chair in a reading nook, and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has tile floors and a tiled tub/shower combination.
The living room of our carriage house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at Seabrook. A comfy, sofa/chaise complete with a premium, queen sized gel foam mattress sofa bed for those needing extra sleeping space. A small dinette table with seating for up to 4 to enjoy your home cooked meal, and a swivel chair for you to enjoy views out the windows to Seabrook’s Town Center, read a book, play games, or enjoy watching TV on the large, swiveling flat screen TV with blueray/DVD player, cable and wifi. There are even some books, games, and DVDs for all ages to enjoy in case you forgot your own.
The Little Dipper’s galley kitchen includes quartz countertops, custom cabinets, a deep sink, a full size electric range/oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice-maker. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal at the beach, just bring your food and away you go. We even have a picnic basket and picnic blanket you are free to use for a true beach picnic.
