If this home buying journey was a movie, it would be equal parts adventure and suspense.

After meeting my buyer in early May, we talked through everything needed to take the leap into homeownership. Together, we navigated the financing process, touring homes, submitted offers, regrouped and stayed focused on the goal.

And now, we're officially under contract and on to the next part of the movie!

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Buying your first home comes with plenty of questions, decisions, and emotions, but having the right team beside you makes all the difference. A huge thank you to everyone helping make this possible, especially my business partner, Liz Anderson, transaction coordinator Krissy, and the team at REAL Broker.

Now we move into the next chapter: inspections, appraisal, financing contingencies, and the all the steps in-between before getting the keys in July.
