Every great achievement always starts with a passion, but having amazing people that believe in you along the way are what make all the difference. I was lucky enough to have incredible coaches my entire career- coach Doug Pierce and John Danforth of Forsyth Country Day School in North Carolina were no exception. How lucky I was! Go Furies!

Sure, I’m biased because I believe property on the Monterey Peninsula is always a good idea. But, I do really appreciate that buyers are enjoying some more breathing room and less competition compared to the last several years with this more balanced market.

So pleased to finally close on this home for my wonderful clients. Every client’s wish list is unique. For these clients, we needed a home with lots of natural light which meant viewing it at many different times of day. It took us about 3 weeks of back and forth before we finally got an accepted contract.
