Today I started a exciting new project, preparing an upcoming real estate listing. Tomorrow, the cleaning service will arrive to perform the initial deep clean, paving the way for a successful estate sale in the coming weeks. I am taking the opportunity to get organized, ensuring a seamless process and a safe environment for all. I will return early tomorrow morning, ready to tackle the kitchen and bedroom tasks with renewed energy before they arrive.

There are moments in life that stay with you forever—and this is absolutely one of them.

Watching my brother and sister-in-law become homeowners for the very first time has been such an incredible journey.

Getting to walk alongside you through this process meant so much to me. From the home search, to helping on moving day, to extra baby snuggles with sweet Penny. Every moment was special.

This home is more than just a place—it’s where your family will grow, make memories, and build a beautiful life together.

I’m filled with so much love and gratitude to have been part of this moment with you. Truly one of the most meaningful experiences for me, both personally and professionally.

🏡 SNEAK PEEK ALERT! 🏡

Hey everyone! I'm absolutely thrilled to give you a sneak peek of the incredible one-bedroom condo I've been working tirelessly on in the stunning 55+ community of The Hacienda in Carmel. This project has been a labor of love, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to put all my talents to good use.

We embarked on this journey by liquidating the estate, and from there, the transformation truly began. It's been a whirlwind of hard work and creativity. I took care of the gardening, added a fresh coat of paint, switched out light fixtures to give it a modern touch, and deep-cleaned the entire property to make it shine like new. And let's not forget the exciting part – I've also beautifully staged the home!
