Bringing a deep passion for Pacific Grove, the Monterey Bay Area, in-depth knowledge of finance and construction, and a willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. Piper received his California Real Estate sales license in 2009 and became a full time agent at Sotheby's International Realty in beautiful downtown Pacific Grove. He helps clients invest in positive-cash-flow rental properties and he has an in-depth knowledge of foreclosures. Davis in the early 70's, where he purchased his first home. During the process of developing a subdivision in nearby Marina in 2004, Piper reconnected with his enthusiasm for real estate. He learned how to navigate complex deals and work with city and local officials. It was fun showing people his new houses. Piper thoroughly enjoys being a real estate agent, which takes him from the stately mansions overlooking the crashing surf in Pebble Beach to the courthouse steps in Salinas.

“I really listen to my clients so I can find out what they truly want,” he says. “I like to show them a lot of different houses so that they can understand the market before they make their big decision. I want my clients to feel totally comfortable.”
